Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy
Our zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, and our commitment to acting fairly and with integrity.

Our commitment
Axia Computer Systems Ltd is committed to conducting business fairly, honestly and with integrity. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to complying with the Bribery Act 2010 and all other applicable anti-corruption laws in every aspect of our business.
What is prohibited
- Offering, promising, giving, requesting or accepting any bribe — whether to or from clients, suppliers, public officials or anyone else.
- Making or accepting payments intended to improperly influence a decision or gain a business advantage.
- Making facilitation payments or “kickbacks” of any kind.
- Offering or accepting gifts or hospitality intended to improperly influence a business decision.
Gifts and hospitality
Reasonable and proportionate gifts and hospitality given openly, in good faith and without the intention to influence, are acceptable. Anything that could be seen as improperly influencing a decision, or that is lavish or unusual, must be avoided and, where appropriate, declared.
Responsibilities
All employees and anyone acting on our behalf must comply with this policy. We expect our suppliers, contractors and business partners to uphold equivalent standards. Anyone who breaches this policy may face disciplinary action, and bribery is a criminal offence that can result in prosecution.
Raising concerns
We encourage anyone with concerns about bribery or corruption to report them in confidence. Concerns are taken seriously and investigated, and no one will suffer detrimental treatment for raising a genuine concern. Concerns can also be raised under our Whistleblowing Policy.
Review
This policy is reviewed regularly and updated as needed. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
